Steps To Bring This Effect To Life

1. Add A Button in the Divi Builder
2. Go To Design Tab
3. Click The Pointer Icon on whichever design setting you want to adjust the hover effect.
4. Click the hover tab that appears
5. Change the setting on the hover tab for the setting you want to adjust.
